Applications

Updated May 26, 2025

There are many apps added to the MobilityData workspace, you can search and add them to your account in the Apps section on the bottom left. We suggest adding Google Calendar, Calendly, Giphy and Simple Poll as a starting point.

The apps you will need day-to-day to work with have been pre-installed and should be pre-configured as well.

Exception

You can also install any applications you may find inside the Self-Service app. See Policies > Installing applications.

If you believe something is missing, please contact the IT Manager. It's possible other apps have been installed.

  • 1Password — To manage your passwords and see those shared across the organization.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader — for opening and printing PDFs.
  • AnyDesk, Zerotier and Maintenance — Used by IT to access your computer or help with its maintenance.
  • Google Chrome — Recommended as the default browser due to its integration with Google online apps.
  • Google Drive — To access your Google Drive's contents locally on your computer.
  • Google Meet is the main tool used for meetings within the organization, it is available only on the Web.
